Hospitality Industry Gathers in Italy This Week With Optimism for the Future

Over 1200 exhibitors are expected in the Rho Fiera pavilions in Milan, Italy – including 435 from 43 foreign countries.

As the food & beverage industry looks to a brighter future while it emerges from a difficult past two years weathering the global pandemic, thousands of people across the industry will gather this week in Milan Italy for Host Milano 2021

In total, 1,291 exhibiting companies will arrive in Milan to discuss and stay updated on the state of the art in the sector in terms of technological innovation, product, and service, but also to outline the scenarios that will shape the hospitality of the future.

According to organizers, 435 participants from 43 countries (with an international percentage of 34%), including promising international markets such as Germany, France, Spain, USA, Portugal, Holland, Greece, United Kingdom, and Turkey.

As for the product sectors, the most represented at the fair will be Professional Catering and Coffee Machine Bars.

“The recovery has already begun for going out,” Host Milano said in a release.

“This is what the world trade data says, and it is confirmed by the latest surveys on consumer and company behavior in the mechanical sector.”

They added, “HostMilano, the world trade fair dedicated to the world of catering and hospitality, will finally be back Live, and in complete safety”
